Do your prices include VAT?

Yes. All prices are quoted in UK pounds and include VAT at current UK rates.

How do I pay for my order?

On our website we only accept debit and credit cards through Sage pay. However if you want to call into our showroom, we accept all major credit and debit cards and cheques (at this moment we are unable to process American Express credit cards both in the showroom and on the website.)

How do I track my order?

You can check on your order at anytime by logging on to your account through the website. If you ordered through our showroom, we will track your order and contact you when the order has been received.

Can I collect my order from the showroom?

Yes you can. If you want to collect your order please contact our sales team on 01423 598127 and we'll reserve it for you to collect. If your item is to order we will call you when the item is in stock and ready for collection.

Can I cancel or change an order?

Yes you can. Please contact our sales team within 24 HOURS of the original order and we will be happy to change or cancel the order for you.

How do I add to my order once I have submitted it?

You can add to the order at anytime, place a new order and we’ll add it for you.

How do I return an item I have purchased

If you receive your item and you are not satisfied, you can return it to us in its original packaging for store credit. If there is any fault with your fitting, please return the fitting to us in its original box and you will receive a replacement fitting. Unless stated all products are backed by a 12 month guarantee.

Do I have to pay for returns?

Unfortunately we are not able to credit for return postage if you find the fitting unsuitable upon receipt of the goods. We will credit for return postage if a fitting should arrive damaged or where a fitting has a manufacturer’s fault and we request that it be returned to us.

Do I have to pay for delivery?

Yes, all postage is dependant upon weight of the fitting and the fitting retail prices. If you want to collect the fitting from our showroom please contact our sales team.

How long do I have to wait for my order to arrive?

All orders are shipped from our showroom and will be delivered within 5 days unless items are out of stock or special order, then we will contact you. Please note the parcel must be signed for upon delivery. If you are not available at the time of the delivery our courier will contact you. If you wish to send your order to another address, please complete the additional address details on the checkout screen.

Can I order and do you ship overseas?

unfortunately due the fragility and nature of the light fittings we sell, we do not accept orders or ship overseas.

I want my items fitted, how can I arrange this?

If you have agreed to have the fittings fitted and you are in the local area, we will contact you regarding a suitable date and time, we will take the fittings to you and even remove and dispose of your old fittings. Please see our installation service page for details.

Are there any specific areas where I cannot use your light fittings?

No. Any area of the house can use light fittings, however there are some areas where there are restrictions on the types of fittings you can have. I.e. bathrooms and outdoor areas. If you are in any doubt please either contact your electrician or please contact our showroom on 01423 598127 before you buy your fitting and we can help you on any of your lighting needs.

Can I fit your fittings without an electrician?

As with any electrical installation we always recommend a qualified electrician. If you are in the local area, we offer an installation service, please see our installation page for details

Why are some fittings unsuitable for low energy lamps?

Some of our fittings are attached with Dimmers, Most low energy lamps cannot be dimmed and are unsuitable for these fittings. We have a range of lamp alternatives which can be dimmed and are more efficient than tungsten lamps. Please contact us for details.

 

Do your fittings come supplied with lamps?

Unless stated, our fittings do not come supplied with lamps and would be required separately

 

I'm having problems with the website. What can I do?

Many technical problems can be fixed by re-starting either your internet browser or your computer. If this doesn't work, please contact Sarah on 01423 598127 and she will be more than happy to help
